Our region now boasts 26 career pathways using the Linked Learning framework, up from 3 Linked Learning pathways in the 2013-2014 school year. These pathways serve 5,375 children in 21 schools county-wide, and you can see a list of them here.
To bring Linked Learning to life, the Education Synergy Alliance has received several generous grants on behalf of our Linked Learning school and districts. In late August we were thrilled to receive a $250,000 donation from the James Irvine Foundation to support Linked Learning in San Diego County, which was preceded by $300,000 in Linked Learning gifts from the local Moxie Foundation. Thank you also to our local Ford dealers, who recently signaled their support for Linked Learning with a $30,000 gift.
